All puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. No breeding rights agreement.
Breeder reserves the options of the first two picks in every litter. Sometimes these picks aren't utilized and then everyone would move up the list.
A $500 non-refundable reservation fee confirms your spot on our waiting list. This fee is non-refundable but transferrable up to a year. After a year it's subject to pricing increase.
Placing a reservation fee signifies intent to follow through with the purchase of a Mitten Doodles Puppy. Failure of the buyer to complete this purchase would subject breeder to lost opportunities of sale and retention of reservation fee is to compensate breeder of potential loss, time, and effort spent.
If a planned breeding does not produce the number of puppies you may move to another litter or receive a refund of the reservation fee. Selections goes by date of reservation fee received. Reservation fee is transferable up to 1 year.
It is not possible to guarantee any specific qualities of the dog, including coat color, markings, gender, or size. If you have an adamant preference regarding those qualities, you'll have to be willing to wait for a future litter, if the current litter does not produce those traits. Estimated weight, is just that, an estimate. Genetics can and does throw curve balls and a puppy can grow to be significantly higher or lower than the estimated predicted weight.
